Savory Silky Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe using silky tofu and a variety of ingredients.

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Silky TofuDrained and cut into small cubes
- β2 tbsp Fermented SoybeansSliced
- β2 tsp Vegetable OilFor stir-frying
- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- β1 tsp GingerGrated
- β1 Bell PepperSliced
- β1 cup Snow PeasSliced
- β1 tsp Soy SauceFor seasoning

Instructions

Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add the sliced bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sliced snow peas and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the silky tofu, fermented soybeans, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
