Spicy Korean-Style Stir-Fry
A spicy and savory stir-fry dish inspired by Korean cuisine, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)adjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Tahinireplaces traditional Korean sesame oil
- β2 tbsp Rice vinegaradd depth to the dish
- β1 tsp Sesame seedsfor garnish
- β2 tbsp Fermented Korean chili paste (gochujang)adds umami flavor
- β1 cup Stir-fry vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β1 cup Cooked riceserve with the stir-fry
- β1 tsp Soy sauceoptional, for added flavor
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrated

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the stir-fry vegetables, cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, rice vinegar, soy sauce (if using), and fermented Korean chili paste.

Pour the tahini mixture over the vegetables, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until coated.
