Saudi Arabian Red Bean Tagine
A hearty and flavorful tagine made with red beans, inspired by traditional Saudi Arabian cuisine.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Fermented red bean
- β2 cups Springy wheat
- β2 tsp Arabian spices
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat oil in a tagine or large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the red bean paste, fermented red bean, and Arabian spices; stir to combine.

Add the wheat and stir to combine.

Add water to cover the mixture and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
