Braised Oxtail Stew
A hearty, comforting stew made with tender oxtail and a rich, flavorful broth. Perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients

- β2 medium carrots
- β2 large potatoes
- β1 large onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 cups beef broth
- β1 cup red wine
- β2 tablespoons fermented cabbage juice

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the oxtail until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the oxtail from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the beef broth, red wine, and fermented cabbage juice to the pot.

Return the oxtail to the pot and bring to a boil.

Cover the pot and transfer to the oven.
