Mediterranean Lentil Stew

- β4 cups Vegetable broth
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 medium Carrots
- β1 medium Zucchini
- β1/4 cup pitted Fermented olives
- β1 teaspoon Mediterranean seasoning

Instructions
