Russian-Style Buratta Pilaf
A creamy and flavorful pilaf dish infused with Russian spices and topped with a decadent velvety burrata.

- β1 cup Pilaf riceWhite or brown
- β1/2 cup Russian sauerkrautFermented
- β2 tbsp ButterSalted
- β1 tsp DillFresh
- β1 tsp PaprikaSmoked
- β1/4 tsp SaltTo taste
- β1/4 tsp Black pepperTo taste

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add Russian sauerkraut and cook until slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Add pilaf rice and stir to combine with sauerkraut.

Add dill, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
