Algerian Dumplings
Delicious and traditional Algerian-style dumplings, perfect for a cozy evening. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- β4-6 pieces algerian dumplingsHomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup fast and fluffyMashed potatoes
- β1/4 cup and some more festiveChopped fresh cilantro
- β2 cups flourAll-purpose flour
- β1 cup waterWarm water
- β1 tsp saltTable salt
- β2 tbsp oilVegetable oil

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast, water, and salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Add flour, mashed potatoes, and chopped parsley. Mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4. Divide the dough into 4-6 pieces, depending on how large you want your dumplings to be.

5. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly into a disk shape.
