Turkish Corn Manti with Lamb and Festive Touch
A twist on the traditional Turkish manti, incorporating festive flavors and briny elements.
Ingredients
- β6 corn husks
- β0.5 cup lamb ground
- β1 package manti dough
- β0.25 cup feta cheesefor briny flavor
- β0.1 cup dried cranberriesfestive touch
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish
- β1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Prepare manti dough according to package instructions.

In a pan, cook lamb ground over medium heat until browned.

Add chopped parsley, dried cranberries, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.

Place a spoonful of lamb mixture onto the center of each manti dough square.

Fold the dough squares into triangles, and press edges to seal.

Brush tops with olive oil.

Place corn husks in a baking dish, and lay manti on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
