Sushi-Style Russian- Inspired Fried Rice
A unique fusion of sushi and russian flavors in a fried rice dish, featuring charred notes and a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons fiery sauce
- β1 cup, cubed russian black bread
- β1 tablespoon sushi vinegar
- β1/2 cup, chopped green onions
- β1 tablespoon sour cream
- β1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high.

Add the cubed Russian black bread and cook until toasted, about 3-4 minutes.
