Uruguayan Grilled Tuna Skewers
A simple and flavorful keto recipe inspired by Uruguayan cuisine, featuring grilled tuna skewers with a crispy twist.
Ingredients
- β4 steaks, 6 oz each Tuna steak
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing
- β1, sliced Fire-roasted red pepper
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β1 tsp Zest of 1 lime
- β1 tsp Garlic powder
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a small bowl, mix together parsley, lime zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

3. Brush tuna steaks with olive oil and season with the parsley mixture.

4. Thread tuna steaks onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Grill skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until tuna reaches 145Β°F.
