Indian-Style Fiery Biryani
A flavorful and spicy biryani dish originating from the Indian subcontinent, made with aromatic spices, basmati rice, and marinated chicken.
Ingredients

- ●1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- ●2 tbsp Fiery sauce
- ●1 tsp Garam masala powder
- ●1 tsp Ground cumin
- ●to taste Salt
- ●2 cups Water
- ●1 cup Mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, cauliflower)optional

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the saucepan and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then sauté the mixed vegetables (if using) until tender.

Add the garam masala powder, cumin, and salt, and stir for 1 minute.
