Japanese Frittata with Melted Morbier
A Japanese-inspired twist on the classic frittata, featuring melted morbier cheese and a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup morbier cheesesliced
- ●4 large eggsbeaten
- ●2 tbsp fiery sauceoptional, for added heat
- ●1/4 cup green onionschopped
- ●1 tsp soy saucefor serving

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté diced potatoes over medium heat until tender.
