Ingredients
- β1 cup, rinsed and drained Greek lentils
- β1, diced fiery red pepper
- β1 cup, shredded molten cheese
- β1, 9x13 inch casserole dish
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 teaspoon dried oregano
- βto taste salt
