Traditional Ukrainian Paella
A hearty, flavorful dish blending Ukrainian and Spanish influences. This one-pot meal is perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- ●1 whole (3lbs) Muscovy duckSkin removed
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●1 large Red bell pepper
- ●1 cup Paella rice
- ●2 cups Muscovy broth
- ●1 tsp Smoked paprika
- ●6 slices Fired morcilla

1. Heat the Muscovy broth in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

3. Add the garlic and red bell pepper, cooking for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add the paella rice, smoked paprika, and stir to combine.

5. Add the Muscovy duck, skin side down, and cook for 5 minutes.

7. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
