Spicy Pork Pilaf
A flavorful and spicy dish made with pork, pilaf, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Pilaf
- β2 teaspoons Fiery spice mix
- β1 teaspoon Shattering black pepper
- β1 teaspoon Croatian spice
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork shoulder and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Add the pilaf to the skillet and cook until lightly toasted, about 3 minutes.

Add the fiery spice mix, shattering black pepper, and Croatian spice to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
