Jamaican Sushi Turkey Burgers
A unique fusion of Jamaican and sushi flavors in a juicy turkey burger.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- β1 tsp Sushi Rice VinegarFor marinade
- β1 tsp Fiery Hot SauceFor marinade
- β4 sheets Sushi NoriOptional
- β1 medium Sliced OnionsOptional
- β1 medium Sliced Bell PeppersOptional
- β1/4 cup Silky MayonnaiseFor sauce
- β4 slices Turkey BaconOptional

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, Jamaican jerk seasoning, sushi rice vinegar, and fiery hot sauce. Mix well.

Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, prepare the sushi nori and sliced vegetables (if using).
