Pork Saltimbocca with Italian Flair
A classic Italian dish with a spicy twist, featuring pork cutlets, prosciutto, and sage. This recipe is a fusion of traditional flavors with a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- β4 slices prosciuttothinly sliced
- β4 fresh sage leavesfreshly chopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 pound fiery Italian sausagesliced
- β1 cup chicken brothlow sodium
- β1/4 cup white winedry
- β1 teaspoon saltimbocca seasoningoptional
- βto taste freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Season pork cutlets with saltimbocca seasoning, if using.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add sliced Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil to skillet.
