- β1 medium Fragrant Vegetable
- β1/2 cup Fried Seffa
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 teaspoon Moroccan Spice Blendavailable at most Middle Eastern markets

Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
