Lamb Burger
A flavorful lamb burger with a crispy crust and a hint of spices. Perfect for a quick dinner
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb
- β1 sheet Flaky Pastryfor making the burger buns
- β4 Burger Bunsyou can also use store-bought buns
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Divide the lamb into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Flatten each ball slightly into a patty.

Season the lamb patties with salt and black pepper.

Add the olive oil to the grill and cook the lamb patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

While the lamb is cooking, toast the flaky pastry on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burgers by spreading a layer of your favorite toppings on the toasted pastry.
