Pan-Seared Australian Dumplings
A simple and delicious dish of pan-seared dumplings served with a side of stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Australian Dumplingshomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor pan-frying
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β2 medium Carrotssliced
- β1 medium Zucchinisliced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauceoptional

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

3. Add the sliced carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.

4. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.

5. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add the Australian dumplings and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

7. If using soy sauce, brush the dumplings with it during the last minute of cooking.

8. Serve the pan-seared dumplings hot with the stir-fried vegetables.
