Vegetable Crumble
A simple and flavorful vegetable crumble made with a flaky crust and topped with a crunchy crumble. Perfect as a side dish or a light meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, peeled and chopped Carrots
- β1 cup, sliced Zucchini
- β1/2 cup, chopped Onions
- β1 sheet, thawed Flaky Pastry Crust
- β1 cup Vegetable Crumble
- β1/4 cup, grated Cheese
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss together the chopped carrots, sliced zucchini, and chopped onions. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the flaky pastry crust and place it in a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Add the vegetable mixture to the pastry-lined baking dish.

Top the vegetables with the vegetable crumble and grated cheese.
