Pan-Seared Brazilian Hake with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Brazilian-style seasoning blend
- ●2 tbsp Avocado oil
- ●1 large onion, caramelized Caramelized onions
- ●1 cup Skillet-roasted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the hake fillets with the Brazilian-style seasoning blend.

Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the hake fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for an additional 5-7 minutes.
