Syrian Bean Crumble
A comforting and flavorful dish that combines the warmth of syrian spices with the comforting texture of a crumble topping.

- β1 cup soya bean mixturecooked according to package instructions
- β1 cup bean crumble toppinghomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp paprikaground
- βto taste saltoptional
- βto taste black pepperoptional

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the cooked soya bean mixture, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, and smoked paprika. Mix well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the bean crumble topping and flaky pastry. Mix until the topping is evenly distributed.

Spread the crumble topping evenly over the soya bean mixture.
