Japanese Shrimp Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry made with shrimp, noodles, and Japanese-inspired flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β8 ounces Japanese Noodlessuch as soba or udon
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- β1/4 cup Green Onionschopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the grated ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the Japanese noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly browned.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
