Flaky Chicken Flatbread
A simple flatbread dish topped with flaky chicken and spices.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet flaky pastry dough
- β1 lb chicken breast
- β1/2 cup dutch cheese
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β4-6 pieces flatbread

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry dough and cut into 4-6 pieces.

Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is baking, bake the flatbread in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.

Assemble the flatbread by topping each piece with a slice of chicken, a sprinkle of dutch cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
