Egyptian Noodle Fritters
Crispy fritters filled with a flavorful egg and noodle mixture, inspired by Egyptian cuisine. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- β1 cup festive noodleschopped
- β1 cup udon noodleschopped

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.
