Jamaican Pasta Bake
A twist on traditional pasta bake, this dish combines the flavors of Jamaica with a comforting classic.
Ingredients
- ●12 oz rigatoni pasta
- ●2 tbsp flakycoconut flakes
- ●2 tbsp jamaicanjamaican jerk seasoning

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of flaky over medium heat.

Add jamaican jerk seasoning and stir for 1 minute.

Combine cooked pasta, jamaican jerk mixture, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.

Transfer pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
