Ukrainian Flaky Pastry with Garlic Stir Fry
A classic Ukrainian dish with a twist, combining flaky pastry with a savory garlic stir fry.
Ingredients

- β2 medium romantic potatoes
- β1/2 lb ukrainian sausageoptional
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 cup stir-fry vegetablessuch as carrots and peas
- β2 tbsp fry oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry and place on a baking sheet.

Bake the pastry for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

While the pastry is baking, heat the fry oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and stir-fry vegetables to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the ukrainian sausage to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the romantic potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
