Spicy Dutch Burger
A plant-based burger alternative made with flaky pastry and spicy dutch flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 package Flaky Pastry
- β1/2 cup Spicy Dutch SauceMake sure to choose a vegan option
- β1 cup Mushrooms
- β1/2 cup OnionsChopped
- β1 cup Lentils
- β1 package Vegan Burger Patty
- β1 cup Lettuce
- β1 cup Tomatoes
- β2 tbsp Vegan Mayo
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they're translucent.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they're tender.

Add the lentils and cook until they're heated through.

Add the vegan burger patty and cook until it's browned on both sides.

Assemble the burger by placing the patty on the flaky pastry.

Add the spicy dutch sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and vegan mayo on top.

Cook the pastry in the pan for an additional 2-3 minutes or until it's golden brown.
