Brazilian Pasta Flamed Shrimp
A spicy and flavorful pasta dish with flamed shrimp, great for a quick dinner. The farfalle pasta pairs well with the bold flavors of the Brazilian spices.
Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon brazilianground spice blend
- β8 ounces farfallepasta
- β2 tablespoons pastaolive oil

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the flamed shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.

Add the Brazilian spice blend to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the reserved pasta water to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the cooked farfalle pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and sauce.
