Tagine Potato Hash
A flavorful breakfast dish that combines crispy potatoes with the rich flavors of tagine. Perfect for a weekend morning.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Flavorful tagine spice blendavailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilfor frying the potatoes

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, tagine spice blend, and salt. Toss to coat.

4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they start to brown.
