Lamb Wrap
A classic Greek-inspired dish with tender lamb and fresh flavors, served in a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β400g LambGround lamb
- β4 Greek wrapLarge tortilla-style wraps
- β150g Flavorful feta cheeseCrumble the cheese before using
- β1 Chopped cucumberMedium-sized cucumber
- β2 TomatoRipe medium-sized tomatoes
- β1/2 Red onionThinly sliced red onion
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped fresh parsley
- β1 tsp Greek seasoningHomemade or store-bought
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground lamb and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

3. Add the Greek seasoning and cook for another minute.

4. Warm the tortilla-style wraps by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

5. Assemble the wraps by spooning the lamb mixture onto the center of each wrap, followed by a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese, a few slices of cucumber and tomato, and a sprinkle of chopped red onion and parsley.

6. Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice and fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll into a tight cylinder.
