Grilled Sirloin Steak with Filipino Marinade
A flavorful and juicy sirloin steak marinated in a traditional Filipino mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and spices. Perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients

- β1 cup filipino marinadesee below for ingredients
- β1/4 cup soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- β2 tablespoons brown sugar
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon black pepper

In a blender or food processor, combine soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Place the sirloin steak in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak and massage to coat.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130Β°F - 135Β°F for medium-rare.
