Turkish Pilaf with Flavorful Pasta
A delicious and aromatic Turkish-inspired pilaf dish made with flavorful pasta, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 Flavorful Turkey Koftahomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Flavorful Pastaorzo or similar small pasta shape
- β2 tsp Turkish Pilaf Spicesinclude paprika, cumin, and coriander
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor cooking
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Chicken Brothhomemade or store-bought
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βto taste Black Pepperoptional
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add Turkish pilaf spices and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Add flavored pasta and cook according to package instructions.

Add cooked turkey kofta to the saucepan and stir to combine.
