- β4 Kippers (smoked herring)
- β12 Warak Enab (stuffed grape leaves)
- β2 tbsp Middle Eastern seasoning
- β1/4 cup Flavorful oil
- β2 cups Umm Ali (middle eastern rice pudding)
- β1/4 cup Chopped parsley
- β Salt and pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season kippers with Middle Eastern seasoning and brush with flavorful oil.

3. Grill kippers for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
