Lamb Curry
A flavorful and aromatic curry dish made with lamb and spices. Serve over rice or with naan bread.

Ingredients
- β1 pound LambCut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons CurryAdjust to taste
- β2 tablespoons Flavourful oilSuch as coconut or vegetable oil
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β1 can TomatoDiced

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add lamb and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove lamb from pan and set aside.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger to pan and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
