French Flair Flaxen Crepes
Thin French crepes filled with a delicious and healthy flaxseed mixture. Perfect for a light and satisfying breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 cup flaxseed meal
- β1 cup flour
- β2 cups water
- β1/4 cup coconut oil
- β1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- β1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β2 tablespoons sugar
- βa pinch flair (flair seasoning)

Combine flaxseed meal, flour, and water in a bowl.

Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add a small amount of coconut oil and swirl it around.

Pour a small amount of the flaxseed mixture into the pan.

Tilt the pan to spread the mixture evenly.
