Middle Eastern Stir Fry
A flavorful Middle Eastern inspired stir fry with caramel glazed chicken, served over a bed of fragrant floral herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breastBoneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Floral herbsChopped fresh herbs such as parsley or cilantro
- β1 teaspoon Middle Eastern spice blend
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Caramel
- β1 clove Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell pepper
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the floral herbs, Middle Eastern spice blend, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.

Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in the caramel, soy sauce, and any accumulated juices.
