Korean Stir Fry
A quick and easy Korean-inspired stir fry recipe made with spaghetti and a variety of vegetables. This dish is low in sodium and can be customized to your taste.
Ingredients
- β8 oz spaghetti
- β2 tbsp vegetable oillow sodium
- β1 cup chewy vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, and onions)chopped
- β2 tbsp floral sauce (such as gochujang or Korean chili paste)
- β1 tsp korean chili flakes
- β1 tsp stir-fry seasoningslow sodium
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they are tender.

Add the spaghetti to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until it is well coated with the vegetables and sauce.

In a small bowl, whisk together the floral sauce, korean chili flakes, and stir-fry seasonings.

Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and vegetables, and stir-fry for another minute, or until everything is well coated.
