Argentinian Tomato Wrap
A flavorful and easy-to-make Argentinian-inspired dish featuring fresh tomatoes and creamy sauce wrapped in a crispy wrap.
Ingredients
- β1 Flour tortillawrap
- β2 tbsp Argentinian chimichurri store-bought or homemade
- β2 Fresh tomatoescherry or grape tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Creamy saucestore-bought or homemade mayonnaise-based
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped
- βto taste Salt and pepper

1. Preheat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.

2. Warm the tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

3. Spread the creamy sauce on the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

4. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the sauce.

5. Drizzle the Argentinian chimichurri over the tomatoes.
