Wild Mushroom Stew
A hearty stew made with a variety of wild mushrooms and a touch of Peruvian flair.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Wild MushroomsMixed varieties
- β2 teaspoons Peruvian Floral TeaDried flowers
- β1 medium Crunchy OnionsThinly sliced
- β2 medium Stew PotatoesDiced
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Olive OilFor sautΓ©ing
- βto taste SaltFor seasoning
- βto taste Black PepperFor seasoning
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large stew pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the wild mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the stew potatoes, Peruvian floral tea, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Serve hot and garnish with additional Peruvian floral tea, if desired.
