Pan-Seared Fish Fillet with Algerian Tagine

Ingredients
- β4 Fish filletany white fish such as tilapia or cod
- β2 tsp Algerian tagine spice mixavailable at most middle eastern stores or online
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1/2 cup Dense olivespitted and sliced
- β1/4 cup Floral rose petalsdried
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the fish fillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
