Canadian Frittata with Floral Notes
A savory, slightly sweet frittata filled with the flavors of Canada. Perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

- ●2 slices of smoked bacon, diced Canadian
- ●1 cup mixed wildflowers, chopped floralsuch as dandelion, clover, and calendula
- ●1 medium onion, diced onion
- ●to taste salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the diced bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.

Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook until softened.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Add the chopped wildflowers to the bowl and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked bacon and onion in the skillet.
