Ethiopian Stew with Cabbage and Floral Flavors
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Ethiopia, made with tender cabbage and fragrant floral notes.

- β2 tablespoons Ethiopian stew spice mix
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Floral honey
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 can, diced Dense tomatoes

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the chopped cabbage and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Add the Ethiopian stew spice mix, floral honey, and diced tomatoes.
