Thai-Style Kenyan Braai Chicken
A unique Thai-inspired dish featuring Kenyan braai spices and grilled chicken, served with a side of floral flaky flatbread.
Ingredients

- β4 Chicken breastsboneless, skinless
- β4-6 pieces Floral Flaky Flatbreadstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Flourfor dusting
- β1 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
- βchopped Fresh Cilantrofor garnish
- β2 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Honey

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together Kenyan Braai Spice Blend and flour. Dust the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast the floral flaky flatbread on the grill or in a toaster.

Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
