Filipino Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful Filipino-inspired stir fry made with chicken, noodles, and various vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breastscut into bite-sized pieces
- β8 ounces floral rice noodlespreferably fresh
- β2 tablespoons fluffy vegetable oilfor stir-frying
- β2 tablespoons filipino fish sauceor to taste
- β2 cups chicken brothhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup chopped green onionsfor garnish
- β salt and pepperto taste

Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
