Moroccan Chicken Tagine

- β1 1/2 pounds chicken thighsbone-in, skin-on
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 medium tomatochopped
- β2 tablespoons floralMoroccan spice blend

- β1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Heat oil in the base of the tagine over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add chicken and cook until browned, 5 minutes.

Add tomato, floral, fragrant, moroccan, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Bring to a simmer, then transfer to the top section of the tagine.

Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
