Polish Floral Delight
A light and refreshing Polish-inspired dish featuring floral flavors and crunchy radish.
Ingredients
- β2 medium Radishthinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Floral honeyraw and unfiltered
- β4 slices Polish rye breadgluten-free option available
- β8 oz Light cream cheesesoftened
- β1/4 cup Fresh dillchopped

1. In a large bowl, mix together radish slices and floral honey until well combined.

2. Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.

3. Place 2 slices of rye bread on the panini press and top each slice with a dollop of light cream cheese.

4. Spoon the radish and floral honey mixture on top of the cream cheese.

5. Add a sprinkle of chopped fresh dill on top.

6. Place the remaining 2 slices of rye bread on top to complete the sandwich.

7. Grill the sandwich for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cream cheese is melted.
