Pan-Seared Salmon with Norwegian Salad

- β1/4 cup luminous olive oil
- β1 norwegian red onionthinly sliced
- β4 cups bowl lettucechopped
- β2 tbsp lemon juice

Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.

Heat the luminous olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, combine the chopped bowl lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, and a drizzle of floral honey in a bowl.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad and toss to combine.
