Canadian Silky Bake

- β1 block silk tofusoft and creamy
- β1/2 cup canadian maple syrupgrade A amber
- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1 tsp baking powder
- β1/4 tsp salt
- β1/4 cup unsalted buttersoftened

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, combine honey, tofu, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
